We strive to provide the best possible experience and support to all our users. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or service.


Free Trial with Card

In some trial plans, card details may be required during signup. In such cases, your card will be automatically charged once the trial period ends unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial expiry date.

If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, please ensure that you cancel the subscription before the trial ends.


30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Meet Hour offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for eligible subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we will review your request accordingly.

However, the following terms, conditions, and exceptions apply.


Refund Eligibility & Evaluation

Although we offer a 30-day refund policy, Meet Hour reserves the right to evaluate accounts before approving refunds in certain cases, including but not limited to:

  • E-learning platforms
  • Tuition/coaching businesses
  • Course/training providers
  • Webinar/event hosting businesses
  • Heavy commercial usage accounts
  • Broadcasting or high-volume usage accounts

If our team determines that:

  • The platform has already been extensively used for commercial purposes,
  • The service was substantially consumed,
  • The customer completed their intended usage and later requested a refund,
  • Or the platform resources were heavily utilized,

Then Meet Hour reserves the right to partially approve, reject, or deny the refund request.


Abuse & Misuse Prevention

Refunds will not be applicable in cases where users attempt to misuse the refund policy, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim refunds
  • Purchasing subscriptions through different email IDs/accounts for temporary use
  • Repeated refund requests from related accounts, payment methods, devices, IPs, or businesses
  • Any activity identified as fraudulent, abusive, or intended to exploit the platform

Meet Hour reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict such accounts without notice.


Yearly Subscription Refunds

For yearly subscription plans:

  • Refund requests made after the initial 30-day refund window may be considered only in exceptional cases and solely at Meet Hour’s discretion.
  • If a refund is approved after 2–3 months or later, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused subscription period.

The following deductions may apply:

  • Charges for the months already used
  • Platform usage charges
  • Third-party service costs
  • Transaction and payment gateway charges
  • Customization/setup charges (if applicable)

Meet Hour reserves the right to evaluate account usage before processing such requests.


Monthly Subscription Refunds

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Refund requests are eligible only within the first 30 days from the purchase date.
  • After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions, regardless of whether the service was actively used or not used.

Example:
If a user continues using a monthly subscription for 6–7 months and later requests a refund for all previously consumed months along with the current billing month, such refunds will not be applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will only be considered for the current unused billing period (if any unused duration remains). Already consumed subscription months and previously used services will not be refundable under any circumstances.


Lifetime Deal (LTD) Refund Policy

For Lifetime Deal purchases:

  • Refunds will only be considered within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • After the 30-day refund period expires, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Additionally:

  • If a user upgrades their Lifetime Deal after the original refund period, the upgraded purchase will not reset or create a new refund window.
  • Refund eligibility will always be calculated from the original Lifetime Deal purchase date.

Partial Payment / Installment Plans

For users opting for:

  • Partial payments
  • Installment plans
  • Split-payment offers

The refund policy will apply as follows:

  • The 30-day refund period will be calculated from the date of the first payment made.
  • After the 30-day period expires, no refunds will be provided for any partial or remaining payments.

Any platform usage, setup, onboarding, customization, or consumed services during this period may also be considered during refund evaluation.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the user dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • No future recurring charges will be applied
  • Existing subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified

Refund Rights & Final Decision

Meet Hour reserves the right to:

  • Review account activity and usage history
  • Approve, partially approve, or deny refund requests
  • Deduct transaction charges, platform usage fees, customization fees, onboarding fees, and third-party service costs where applicable

The final decision regarding refunds will remain solely with Meet Hour after evaluation of the account and usage behavior.
